There has been a lot of fish
this last month. June is right in
between high seasons for
most fish the winter fish start
fading away and the summer
fish start to bite. The water
temps have risen very fast this
last 2 weeks and we are
starting to see more Blue
Marlin offshore. Captain Steve
caught one of the fist Blue
Marlins of the season on the
11th past el banco trolling with
lures. We have also been
catching Smaller Yellowfin
Tuna and Wahoo close to
Corbetena. The bigger
Yellowfin Tuna over a 100 lbs
are biting further offshore past

My husband and I have always wanted to go deep sea fishing, so for our honeymoon we decided to go. We could not have made a better decision or gone with a better company. Damon did a wonderful job helping us get set up and was very responsive with all my questions. Captain Marco and Louis did a fabulous job of getting all the fishing tackle set up and were incredibly knowledgeable. They also made us feel very welcome and at home on the boat. To top it all of my husband caught a trophy Striped Marlin and i caught a Mahi Mahi. We plan on going back yo Puerto Vallarta again and we will definitely book a fishing charter with PV Sportfishing again!

Puerto Vallarta fishing report May 2019
We are coming to the end of the month and the water temps are finally starting to
heat up which means we are going to start to see the bigger Blue and Black
Marlins start to bite. The 1st Blue of the season was caught outside of el banco
last week which is a great sign for the upcoming fishing season. The bigger story
this last week is that we have been catching Striped Marlin inside the Banderas
Bay which does not happen very often but we are not complaining. Offshore
outside Corbetena the Tuna bite is sill hot averging 20-60 lbs. Captain Cesar
Perez and Team Marshell fished the tournament in Huatulco last weekend and set
a tournament record with a 560 lb Black Marlin We will post a full tournament
